System-wide Glitch Causes Raley's to Double Charge Customers

If you shopped at Raley's this Sunday, you may have a refund coming your way.
This Sunday, Nov. 6, a statewide technical problem at the grocery store resulted in many duplicate charges for purchases made with debit cards, credit cards, gift cards and EBT cards.
Raley's has apologized for the mishap and promised to reimburse customers, who can report duplicate charges using an easy online form.
