UCP of the North Bay Announces STEPtember 2016
Beginning September 1 through September 28, UCP of the North Bay is challenging the Sonoma County community to improve your fitness by actively participating in “STEPtember.”
Everyone who participates in this fun, interactive fitness challenge will be supporting a national movement that inspires, transforms, and directly benefits the lives of children and adults with disabilities and their families.

UCP of the North Bay believes that individuals with even the most challenging disabilities have the right to quality education and transition services; integrated employment opportunities with competitive wages and career opportunities; and accessible recreation programs.
Cypress School and OADS are located in Petaluma, and summer camps including Bike Camp, Boost Camp, and Camp Kaos are offered throughout Sonoma County.

Registration is Easy!
The STEPtember interactive fitness challenge is Easy and FUN!
1). Get your team of four together with family, friends, or co-workers.
2). Record your steps (or equivalent steps from 70 other physical activities)
with your smartphone, fitbit, or pedometer.

The Benefits of STEPtember
UCP of the North Bay recreation programs are funded through your generous participation in STEPtember!
STEPtember creates friendly competition among your family and friends, and is a great team building experience for your business and employees.
Each team member that raises $100 will receive a free STEPtember Tee Shirt and there will be a prize drawing each week to keep everyone motivated.
Recording your steps using the online interactive STEPtember website allows you to track your progress toward reaching your fitness goals, while supporting UCP of the North Bay and the Sonoma County community.
