The Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety is seeking information regarding a 45-year-old man suspected in a possible abduction of his two daughters this week.
Everett Reep of Rohnert Park may be driving a white 1998 Mercedes Benz E320 with CA license plate 4RIG229, and police believe he may be bound for Oregon. The department received information that Reep was stopped on I-5 in Oregon with the children on Wednesday evening, police said.

On Tuesday, the Rohnert Park man obtained an emergency custody order after being served with a temporary restraining order restraining him from his ex-wife and their children, police said. Reep then picked up his two oldest daughters from their after-school program.
On Wednesday, the children’s mother contacted the court that issued the emergency custody order about the situation and the emergency custody order was rescinded giving temporary custody of the children back to her, police said.
Attempts to contact Reep, however, to have the children returned were unsuccessful, police said. Officers suspect he turned off his phone as he has not responded to text messages, voicemails or emails advising him that the order has been rescinded and the children need to be returned to their mother.
The children are described as white females: Kyra is 11, approximately 5 feet tall and 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes; Alyssa is 9, 4 feet 9 inches tall and 85 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes
Reep was “very hostile recently,” police said, and is believed to be concealing the children from their mother after being served with the restraining order.
If anyone sees Everett Reep, his children or his vehicle, please contact the police immediately. If anyone has any information about the location of Reep or his children, please contact the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety at 707-584-2600.
