You probably remember the story we first posted on Daniel Burdick and this is a follow-up. It was about a musician from Petaluma who cancelled his big break tour so that he could provide an unselfish gift of life donating his kidney to his ex-fiance Sabrina Timms.
Since then there has been several updates. The good news is that both are doing fine and there is a happy ending to this incredible story. Since we first posted this story it has reached national attention. Fundraisers and well wishing clogged the internet.
We are happy to report that the surgery went fine and the community stepped up to help this young family. Daniel has had supporters ranging from radio stations playing his music to donations of new recording equipment. Daniel indicates he is better off now than if he had gone on the tour.
