Vehicle With 2 Children Inside Overturns In Creek [UPDATE]
Breaking: Motorists still asked to avoid stretch of Petaluma Boulevard North.

PETALUMA, CA – A vehicle with two children inside overturned in a creek in Petaluma this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP Officer Steve Fricke confirmed two children were in the vehicle and that a major injury accident has closed the northbound lane of Petaluma Boulevard North between Sycamore and Skillman lanes.
The incident was reported around 8:10 a.m. to REDCOM, the Sonoma County Fire and Emergency Services dispatch center, a dispatcher said.
