On Friday, head to Pelican Art Gallery for the Vagina Mologues, a play that celebrates womanhood through stories about relationships, self-esteem and justice that will both entertain and inspire. Based on the original play by Eve Ensler. $20. 8pm at Pelican Art Gallery, 143 Petaluma Blvd. North.
On Saturday, head to the Petaluma Marina (next to the Sheraton) to see the Lokahi Outrigger Canoe Club conduct a Blessing of the Canoes ceremony that kicks off our paddling season. Live Hawaiian music by Manaleo and food. 11am-2pm at Petaluma Marina. Free.
Later that day, stop by Copperfield’s for a meet and greet with Charles Rubin, the author of "I'll Get Right Back To You and Other Annoyances" and "Don't Let Your Kids Kill You."

In "I'll Get Right Back to You," Rubin presents 48 humorous instances of annoying situations, like getting a birthday card announcing your real age or someone telling you your ideas are useless...and then stealing them, and much more! 1:30pm at Copperfield’s, 140 Kentucky St.
