Woman Wearing Only Bra, Boxers At Petaluma Park Arrested: Police
Officers responded to complaints of the woman yelling in the park and found her with human feces smeared on parts of her body, police said.

PETALUMA, CA — A Petaluma transient was arrested Thursday at a local park after police received reports that a woman wearing only a pink bra and boxer shorts was yelling at people, according to the Petaluma Police Department.
Officers were dispatched at 4:26 p.m. Thursday to Lucchesi Park, 320 N. McDowell Blvd., and arrived to find the woman, later identified as 22-year-old local transient Harley R. Hubbard, near the Little League baseball field, Petaluma police Lt. Tim Lyons said.
There were several other people in the park at the time, the lieutenant said.

"When they contacted suspect Hubbard they quickly determined that she had human feces smeared on her head, face, torso and arms," Lyons said.
Officers found a small amount of methamphetamine in her belongings, the lieutenant said.

Hubbard was arrested and booked into Sonoma County jail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and violating her terms of probation from three previous Sonoma County court cases, Lyons said.
"The police department has had numerous prior contacts with suspect Hubbard and she has been offered and received numerous resources from local agencies," Lyons said.
