At the Dec. 5 meeting, the council will be considering approval of an addendum to the environmental impact report addressing the changes to the plan for Blair Park since the nearly a year ago. Perhaps the most notable modification is the introduction of a traffic plan involving the installation of a mini-roundabout on Moraga Avenue at Maxwelton Road, which has for a supplement to the EIR that would be more robust than an addendum and subject to a separate public comment period and hearing process.
