OAKLAND, CA — We've certainly seen our share of rain over the past week so it's only fitting that we also have rainbows! Ann Rapson captured this glowing snapshot. She tells Patch, "We saw this rainbow on Saturday afternoon at Lake Merritt looking back at the hills over I 580!"
