Have you been storing your treasures under an overpass? Caltrans found your treasure trove!
OAKLAND, CA - We've all seen Caltrans crews on the side of highways cleaning up weeds and trash. Frequently they're escorted for safety by a California Highway Patrol (CHP) vehicle.
This week they made an unusual find beneath an overpass in Oakland. Perhaps someone ran out of room to store their Halloween decorations? Or they're storing props for the Walking Dead? Any screenwriters or novelists out there--we'd like to hear your take on this!
