Man Shot to Death in East Oakland

OAKLAND, CA — A male victim was fatally shot in East Oakland on Thursday night, according to police.

The shooting was reported at 10:46 p.m. in the 8000 block of Olive Street.

The victim, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Police have not released any information about a possible suspect or motive in the case.
