Minor Injuries Reported in Rollover Crash
The CHP blames the accident on distracted driving.
OAKLAND, CA - The CHP reports minor injuries in a rollover crash this afternoon on NB 13 in Oakland.
According to the CHP, "This crash was caused by a driver who lost control while he was trying to change the radio channel."
