Montclair Village Clean Up and Day of Service

Community Work Day! Sunday, January 18th Montclair Village Clean Up and Day of Service Clearing overgrowth and brush, beautifying the Park

When: Sunday, Jan. 18th from 9:00 am -1:00 pm

Where: Meet near the Basketball Court in Montclair Park – 6300 Moraga Ave.

Refreshments: Colonial Donuts, Crogan’s Montclair, Crown Wines and Spirits, Kouzina, Noah’s Bagels & Starbucks Coffee - THANK YOU!

The Montclair Village Association in partnership with the Montclair Lions Club, Keep Oakland Beautiful, and Montclair Park & Rec asks for community support through volunteerism for a community work day in order to:

• Improve pedestrian sidewalk access along Moraga Ave., between Mountain and Montclair Park
• Clean and clear overgrowth from unmaintained CalTrans plants and trees
• Remove accumulated trash and debris along Moraga Ave. and Mountain Blvd.
• Build community through a collective effort to beautify our commercial district!
• Litter pick up, weeding, and cleaning of Montclair Park
• Improve infrastructure
• Clean and clear overgrowth of plants and trees
