Oakland Carjacking, Shooting Injures 2

OAKLAND, CA -- Two people were injured in a shooting and carjacking Tuesday evening in Oakland, according to police. The crimes occurred at 6:39 p.m. in the 2200 block of East 15th Street.

Both male victims were hospitalized with injuries, and at least one of them was shot in his elbow. They are in stable condition, police said.

The two suspects were armed with a black handgun and took off with the victims' vehicle.

Both suspects in the case remain at large this morning, police said.
