OAKLAND, CA — A man was fatally shot Thursday night in East Oakland, according to police.
Officers responding to the 1400 block of 74th Avenue at 8:11 p.m. found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
Firefighters and paramedics provided medical aid but the victim died of his injuries.
