OAKLAND, CA — The California Highway Patrol this morning is reporting a fatal crash on southbound state Highway 13 in Oakland.
The crash was first reported at 2:20 a.m. and occurred at the Redwood Road off-ramp, according to the CHP.
There was one vehicle involved in the crash, and the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to the CHP.
