OAKLAND, CA - Police in Oakland this morning are investigating a shooting that sent one person to the hospital.
Officers responded around 2 a.m. to the 300 block of Hegenberger Road on a report of shooting and located a victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound, police said. The victim was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
Police said it appears there may have been three suspects. The motive for the shooting is not known at this time.
