Police Arrest Four at Oakland Home

According to the warrant, the arrests were related to shootings.

OAKLAND, CA - Police served a search warrant in West Oakland on Tuesday morning and arrested four occupants of a home who might be connected to recent shootings in the area, police said today.

The warrant was served in the 2100 block of Curtis Street at about 6 a.m., police said. Officers surrounded the home and called the residents out. Four residents of the home were detained including two suspected of possessing firearms.

Police did not immediately say what shootings the warrant was connected to.
