School District Announces Rawlings Inspiration Award Winners

Community celebration will fete them Wednesday at Piedmont Community Church.

The Piedmont Unified School District has announced five employees winning Lois Blair Rawlings Educational Inspiration Awards for 2011.

They will be honored at a community celebration from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, at Guild Hall at the Piedmont Community Church.

They are:

  • Robin Ludmer, a teacher-librarian at Beach Elementary;
  • Stephanie Konle, a teacher at Havens Elementary;
  • Patti Lowe Stevenson, a resource specialist at Beach Elementary;
  • Neil Rothenberg, a tennis coach at Piedmont High;
  • Corey Reich, assistant tennis coach at Piedmont High.
