The Almost Final Wording of the Blair Park Resolution
Draft minutes spell out conditions that remain for development of athletic field.

The draft minutes of the marathon Monday-Tuesday City Council session have been posted on the city Web site.
With them, comes the draft official wording of the resolution on the Blair Park athletic field development. The wording was unclear as a fatigued council parsed words at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday (the meeting went long with more than 55 speakers at a public hearing) and asked City Administrator Geoff Grote to polish the language later in the week, for the record.
The minutes are draft until the council votes to approve them at its next meeting, April 4.
