Two Men Injured in Separate Shootings

Two men were shot in separate incidents in Oakland Sunday, police said. The first shooting took place at 9:40 a.m. in the 9400 block of B Street, two blocks west of International Boulevard, Officer J. Moore said. The victim was taken to a hospital where he is in stable condition, Moore said.

The second shooting occurred at 12:21 p.m. in the 700 block of Sycamore Street, near Interstate Highway 980, he said. The victim is in stable condition in a hospital and police have a suspect in the incident, Moore said.
