Victim Shot in Leg by Suspect Who Fled on Bicycle
Neighbors reported gunfire in the 3700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way this morning.
A suspect who fled on a bicycle shot and wounded a victim in West Oakland this morning, according to police. Neighbors reported gunfire in the 3700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way at 9:21 a.m., police said.
The victim was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg and is in stable condition, police said. A witness told police a suspect fled the area on a bicycle, but police could not immediately provide any further description.
