Witter Field Closed At Piedmont High School

PIEDMONT, CA — Witter Field at Piedmont High School is closed while contractors are replace the football field lighting system.

It is anticipated that the closure will last through Sunday, July 15. The school district will notify the public when the magnificent facility reopens.

It is considered unsafe to use the field, even if the workers are not there. "PUSD has requested that residents who see unauthorized persons on the field during this period to call the PUSD facility emergency line at (510) 594-2622 or the Piedmont Police Department non-emergency line at (510) 420-3000," the school district said in a release.
