Armed Suspect Who Robbed Pinole Gas Station Sought
BREAKING: Police are looking for the man who allegedly flashed a gun and demanded cash at Valero on Appian Way.

PINOLE, CA – Police are looking for a suspect who they say used a pistol to rob a Pinole convenience store Thursday night.
A little before 9 p.m., the suspect entered the Valero gas station store at 2401 Appian Way to buy cigarettes but left when he was asked for identification, according to Pinole police officials.
He allegedly returned a short time later, displayed a firearm that was stuck in the waistband of his pants and asked for money, police said.

The suspect then fled on foot toward Sarah Drive and officers were unable to find him, according to police.
He is described as a black man in his 20s, 6 feet tall and weighing 200 to 220 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a black scarf over the lower half of his face, a yellow reflective construction-type vest over a black jacket, blue rubber gloves, black shorts, black shoes and knee-high socks.
