City Council Meeting Canceled, Moved to Thursday
Technical problems prevented the meeting's agenda from being posted on the city's website with enough notice.

Tuesday’s City Council meeting was canceled due to a computer software glitch that prevented the meeting's agenda from posting to the city's website, the City Manager Steve Duran said in an email Monday.
A special meeting with the same agenda was rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 16. State legislation requires 72-hour notice of public government meetings in cities like Hercules.
Since the agenda wasn’t posted with enough notice, it had to be postponed.

Mayor Dan Romero said if the council met despite the improperly noticed meeting, they would be in violation of the Brown Act.
