City Manager's Report: Appointees to Redevelopment Committee
City manager names representatives for new redevelopment board.
Pinole City Manager Belinda Espinosa's weekly report identifies the appointed members of a new committee that will have a role in determining policy for the body that will replace the former Pinole Redevelopment Agency.
The list of seven members includes Mayor Pete Murray, Councilwoman Debbie Long and former Pinole Economic Development Manager Mary Drazba. The appointments have been made by the Pinole City Council, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors, the East Bay Regional Parks District, the West Contra Costa Unified School District and the Contra Costa Superintendent of Schools.
Espinosa also announced an April 27 "meet and greet" event at Pinole City Hall with state Sen. Loni Hancock and details about the April 7 Easter Egg Hunt to be held in Fernandez Park.
