City Manager's Report: Solar Panels, Scams Aimed at Seniors, Fundraisers and More

This week's report gives an update on city solar panel proposals and other energy efficiency projects. A plan to install solar panels at the Pinole Swim Center are on hold, but some other energy savings projects might be ready to move forward.

The report also includes information about upcoming meetings of the redevelopment oversight committee and the city council finance subcommittee and notifications of a city-wide garage sale, Community Service Day and fundraisers.
