County Looking into Case of Questionable School Lunches
Contra Costa County Health Services has stepped in to determine caused last week's bout of sick Hercules students.

Contra Costa County Health Services’ Public Health Division is investigating reports of Hercules students after eating school lunches last Thursday, according to a statement released by the county yesterday.
Health services Spokeswoman Kate Fowlie said no new information on the investigation was available but would be soon.
Over 20 Hercules Middle High School students complained of food poisoning-type symptoms by Friday—connecting their sickness with chicken sandwiches served at the middle-high school Thursday, Jan. 6.
