Update: Downed Tree Blocking Lanes on I-80 in Pinole

The tree and big rig have been cleared. All lanes have reopened.

Earlier:

The California Highway Patrol this morning has issued a Sig-alert due to a tree that has fallen onto eastbound Interstate Highway 80 in Pinole. The CHP is reporting the tree fell onto a big-rig truck on the highway near the Pinole Valley Road off-ramp. The downed tree is blocking three lanes of the highway. The incident was reported just before 3 a.m.
