ToTouch One, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization designed to help young people in the community, in conjunction with the Hercules Library would like to invite you to an Introductory Orientation of our Mentoring and After School Homework Program and the Life Skills portion of the Intervention suite. This is open to all Contra Costa young people looking for a place to come to supplement their educational needs through homework help covering basic subjects. We will also offer a Mentoring program as a place where you can express your thoughts and ideas and be listened to. Guidance and encouragement will be the only advice we offer.
The Life Skills Training will be on the basic abilities everyone needs to successfully move around in the community and society. These will be some of the topics discussed - Personal Finance/Money Management, Healthcare Management, Goal Setting, Attitude/Self-Esteem, Problem Solving, Getting a Job and Keeping it.
