Residents reported shots fired in the 100 block of Tidewater Drive, police said.

Police in Hercules are investigating a shooting into a home early Monday morning. Officers responded around 12:05 a.m. Monday to several reports of shots fired in the 100 block of Tidewater Drive, police said.
No injuries were reported, but officers found multiple shell casings in the street and several bullet holes in the garage and balcony area of a house, according to police. Police said the home appears to have been the intended target of the shooting. Three vehicles were also damaged by the gunfire. Police said officers were unable to find a suspect during a search of the area, but received a witness account of a male suspect in the area.
