Oliva Trial Moved to Alameda County
The former city manager and his three daughters will have their case heard outside of Contra Costa County.
Hercules' case against Nelson Oliva and his three daughters will move to Alameda County.
The court motion for the Olivas, City Attorney Patrick Tang announced Tuesday.
A hearing for the motion was scheduled for Wednesday, but because the request to have their case heard outside of Contra Costa County went unopposed, a ruling was made the day before the scheduled hearing.
