Stolen Truck Recovered In Hercules

The truck was reported stolen from Home Depot lot.

HERCULES, CA - Officers recovered a pickup truck reported stolen at a Home Depot in Hercules on Valentine’s Day, police said today. Officers were dispatched to the Home Depot at 1625 Sycamore Avenue on report of a stolen vehicle at roughly 6:40 p.m. Sunday.

The victim told police that he’d left the keys in his 1996 Ford Ranger and it had been stolen sometime between 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The vehicle was later found, with several items missing, near state Highway 4.
