Two people were shot in Miller Knox Regional Shoreline Park in Richmond this evening, according to the East Bay Regional Park District police. Police got the call reporting the shooting at 6:25 p.m., Sgt. Tyrone Davis said. Davis said the shooting took place on the shoreline between Keller Beach and the main park.
The park’s address is 900 Dornan Drive. One person was shot in the hand and another was shot in the leg, Davis said. Both went to a hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening, he said.
Police have no suspects in custody.
