Woman Who Escaped in Martinez Still at Large

She got away as she was being transported from San Pablo to the jail in Martinez.

SAN PABLO, CA - San Pablo police say they circulated the wrong name for a suspect who escaped from custody Friday, the department announced today.

The woman, who is still at large, had used her older sister's name to identify herself in order to avoid prosecution.

Her family confirmed that the woman misidentified as Nyilah Hutcherson, 29, is actually Nakiya Hutcherson, 27.
