Apartment Fire Reported Sunday Afternoon In Pleasant Hill

Firefighters are at the scene of a one-alarm apartment fire in Pleasant Hill this afternoon, a Contra Costa County Fire Protection District dispatcher said.

The fire was reported in the 2100 block of Geary Road shortly after 4 p.m., the dispatcher said.

A second alarm response was called for but was quickly canceled, according to the dispatcher.

No further details were immediately available.
