Research shows that teenagers need good quality sleep for their physical and mental health

Parents are usually arguing with teenagers about how much sleep teenagers are getting and the quality of their sleep. Turns out that parents are right. Getting enough good quality sleep is vital to teenagers mental health.
Research has shown Sleep is necessary for good physical and mental health. I have written many articles regarding teenagers need for sleep in order to maintain good mental and physical health .
