PLEASANTON, CA — The popular Alameda County Fair returned to Pleasanton last month. The fair kicked off their 2018 season with a cattle drive down Main Street, which drew hundreds of spectators on opening day. Although the fair did not host fireworks on fourth of July, they did offer horse racing, Action Sports Arena performances, concerts, contests, rides, exhibits, vendors and fun fair food.
Thousands of people from all over the East Bay make the trip each summer to take part in the quintessential fair experience. The fair is in its final days and runs through July 8.
Take a look at some of the fun moments we captured this week while at the fair.
