Police briefly pursued a suspect vehicle but ended the chase for safety reasons and are still seeking leads. Residents and business owners are urged to share any information with Pleasanton police.
5. Pleasanton Man Broke Windows, Entered Pleasanton Home After Midnight: Police (patch.com) — Pleasanton police say a 24-year-old local man broke windows and entered a Hansen Drive home just after midnight Thursday, apparently thinking he was at a different address. Officers later found him in Dublin, where he was arrested on an unrelated restraining-order violation. Prosecutors are reviewing the Pleasanton incident as a possible vandalism case, and investigators see no sign the residents were targeted.
