The constitution of the united states is the most important legal document in America. It is a gift from the founders of this great nation, the thoughts compiled by a people of grand vision. The desires of a society who had been oppressed by a government without any available relief, the harms born a desperate people, desiring for the simple and basic rights of man owed to all people. The very foundation of ethics and base of law, the jurisprudence that should be founded in the decree of these rights and considered to be self evident. The clear understanding without education of the complexity... The truths are self evident.

All men are created equal. Simple enough and found in 9, 17, 18 amendments are very plain in the direct statements that no state shall make any law that abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens, nor shall any state deprive any person of life liberty or property without due process of law.

Due process of law by common definition is the course of legal proceedings in accord to rules and principles.

It is vital that this be honored by the judicial courts, but it has been overlooked or construed to a meaning different than the intended protections. That a person accused of a crime is considered innocent until proven guilty by a jury of his peers. All actions prior to the conviction of the accused are predisposed, and can be considered a BILL OF ATTAINDER!

These bills of attainder are acts that affect these basic rights of life liberty and property, these bills are forbidden to legislation, in art 1 sec 9 & 10 of the u.s.c that congress shall pass no laws of expo facto or bills of attainder.

With this all stated appeal to the reader to be able to identify laws that are unlawful, to make these known, to demand the repeal of the these unlawful action of legislative power. To prevent harm and damages to those in our community our neighbors and friends our family and to ourselves! Harm that is breaking our economy, and leaving a hollow emptiness in the labor force of America
