Former Student Arrested for Sexual Battery at Foothill High School: Police
The female victim was not injured.
PLEASANTON, CA — A 20-year-old man accused of sexual battery in a Pleasanton high school parking lot was arrested Monday afternoon. Pleasanton police officials said the victim reported to the school staff that at about 12:45 p.m., a man confronted her in the student parking lot, grabbing her buttocks and tearing her shorts.
Police checked the area but the suspect had fled. The suspect, later identified as Dong-Hoo Lee, 20, a former Foothill High student, allegedly returned to campus at about 3:15 p.m. and he was arrested for sexual battery, possession of a knife on campus, and providing false information to a police officer. Lee was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
The female victim was not injured and the investigation is ongoing.
