BREAKING: Power Outage Still Impacting More Than 4,100 Customers in Tri-Valley
The outage was first reported to PG&E around 6 p.m.

Update June 9 at 5:30 a.m.:
Power appears to have been restored to thousands of customers in Tri-Valley this morning after a large outage knocked out power in three cities early Monday evening. The outage came at a time when most residents hoped to turn on their air conditioning units after enduring a day of triple digit heat.
The cause of the outage is not known.

Update:
More than three hours after a power outage was reporting by PG&E, several individual outages are still ongoing, the largest in Pleasanton where more than 4,100 customers are without electricity to power air conditioners on a stifling hot evening.

PG&E has not reported the cause of the outage.

Pacific Gas & Electric is reporting on their outage map that 7,085 customers in Dublin, Pleasanton and San Ramon are without power.
The outage started at 6 p.m. and PG&E not given at time for when power will be restored. According to the website, the cause for the outage is being assessed.
