Cookbook authors coming to Pans on Fire! Come listen, laugh, learn (and taste some yummy treats, of course.)

May 12 Cookbook authors Bruce Weinstein and Mark Scarbrough will cook from their new book 'Great Big Pressure Cookbook' at Pans on Fire

Bruce is the chef, Mark is the writer and together they've written a shelf's worth of cookbooks (28 in total.) From cookies and brownies to pizza and slow cookers, they've covered it all. They currently pen a column called "Sundays in the Kitchen with Bruce & Mark" on weightwatchers.com and regularly contribute to most of the popular food publications.

They're coming to Pans on Fire May 12th at 6 pm as part of their national tour promoting their new cookbook,The Great Big Pressure Cookbook, featuring more than 500 recipes for the pressure cooker aficionado.

They will demonstrate three dishes using stovetop and electric pressure cookers:
