The Counter Custom Burgers To Open In Stoneridge Shopping Center

PLEASANTON, CA — A new build-your-own-burger franchise restaurant will open in the Stoneridge Shopping Center on Monday. The Counter Custom Burgers will celebrate its grand opening on January 29. The burger eatery will offer burgers, milkshakes, salads, bowls, cocktails, beer and wine.

The Counter offers vegan options and catering. The Culver City-based franchise will provide about 100 new jobs in Pleasanton. There are 30 locations in the United States.

85°C Bakery Cafe, which opened in Pleasanton on Jan. 12, celebrated its grand opening by giving away free mugs and tote bags. The name refers to the temperature at which the coffee is maintained, according to the company Facebook page.

A new craft beer eatery recently opened in Pleasanton. Bottle Taps serves beer, wine and small bites. The menu features tapas, appetizers, salads, and more substantial fare for those with bigger appetites. They offer cider tasting for the kids.

A new bistro-style restaurant will be opening in Livermore in 2018. Range Life, which will be in the located in the building formerly occupied by Charlotte's Web, will feature season menu items, craft cocktails, and bakery items.
