Our six-acre preschool campus in Alamo offers a warm, nurturing environment where young learners explore, discover, and develop confidence. A rich curriculum, complemented by classes in art, Spanish, and music, gives children a solid foundation for kindergarten and the years ahead. At our K–8 San Ramon campus, the curriculum emphasizes strong academic fundamentals while encouraging critical thinking and intellectual curiosity. Classes in art, Spanish, music, and physical education, along with a wide variety of electives for students in grades 6–8, broaden the educational experience. Nonprofit, volunteer-run FoamWar, Inc., puts on an epic, 3-day Nerf event every year called Ragnarocktoberfest. This year it's the first weekend of October with a SPY v SPY theme at Independence High School in San Jose.
FREE! ALL AGES Friday afternoon/evening, (3pm - 8pm) is a blaster expo with vendors, mini games, and panels (including a rules briefing for Saturday's game and an opportunity to get your blaster checked and approved ahead of the weekend's games).
AGES 13+, $25 Saturday (10am - 9pm) is a long-form, team-based game where players on three competing teams aim at each other and also try to avoid the undead (players trying to tag and "turn" them) while playing mini games, solving puzzles, and going on missions.&nbsp;Because the rule set for The Stalking Dead is complicated, it is for ages 13+.&nbsp;

Sunday is a 5v5 King of the Hill elimination competition in the football stadium, 9am - 8pm, AGES 15+, team slots sold out, that's really fun to watch, and across campus is AGES 6+, $20, Superstock (9:45am - 4pm), a game for ages 6+ that is perfect for families, birthday parties, and groups. Play together or against each other in short games with the weekend's theme, SPY VS SPY.

🧯September is National Preparedness Month, and there is no better time to make sure you and your family are ready for an emergency.
Join the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department for our 2026 Fire Safety Expo on Saturday, October 10 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the LPFD Training Tower in Pleasanton.
This free community event is about more than watching firefighters in action. It is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and take simple steps to help your household be better prepared.
Community members will have the opportunity to:
📌Watch live firefighter demonstrations
📌Participate in fire extinguisher training
📌Meet local CERT members and learn more about community preparedness
📌Sign up for emergency notification systems and other preparedness resources
📌Bring the kids out for our obstacle course and family friendly activities
