Dis-ease is When You are Not at Ease

Dis-ease? Let's break this word down to it's root word. It is when you are not in a state of ease. It's when you are stressed. It's when your central nervous system believes there is danger. Cortisol goes up. Adrenalin goes up. Brain function becomes frantic with stress neurotransmitters, hormones get disrupted, high blood pressure occurs, high cholesterol manages blood chemistry, digestion goes down so you become a fat storage machine in the event you are running from danger for days without food, and muscles tighten in case you have to fight. Yes this is the fight or flight response. Stress is the most extreme symptom to get your attention. PAIN means "pay attention inward now". Become the CEO of your life and you will be a "Chief Energy Officer".
