Fifth Night Initiative: A Young Family Hanukkah Celebration

Join Congregation Beth Emek and the Beth Emek Preschool for a special Hanukkah celebration for families with kids under the age of eight (and their older siblings). On this special night, instead of receiving a gift, our children will focus on giving.

Each family will have the opportunity to create a fleece blanket that will then be donated to the Tri-Valley Haven for local children living in shelters. In addition, the celebration will also include a communal candle lighting and Hanukkah songs with Rabbi Milder, potato latke dinner, arts and crafts, and plenty of opportunities for play.

Admission to the event is $20 per family and can be paid at the door. Families are also asked to bring their own menorah and candles to light. RSVP online: http://bethemek.anyvite.com/9yv5teingk
