"Chianti's Ristorante" 436 Main Street, Pleasanton joined our 'Foodnearu' family this week foodies! And for the first (and hopefully only) time in our short history, I am going to tell you NOT to use our service. Painfully I say again, do NOT use 'Foodnearu', go to "Chianti's".
The reason? It is a dish on their menu called "Cacciucco"... Loosely translated to mean 'Fish Stew', it is prepared with Halibut, Salmon, and Mussels, in a peppery garlicy, tomatoey sauce that will knock you down!!! I believe that Kaz, the restaurant's owner wasn't being completely truthful about the sauce either, it is simply incredible! I know that there is a secret ingredient/herb/spice, something that he isn't telling me. When you try it, give me a buzz and tell me what you think it might be.
Regardless, the "Cacciucco" doesn't travel, (I think Kaz just doesn't want anyone to take it home and discover the hidden secret) but for the most part, the rest of the menu does, and that's wher 'Foodnearu' comes in. WHEW!!!
Thank God for Kaz's other dishes, like... LASAGNA! JAMBALAYA! GORGONZOLA! Never fear italian food loving office workers/hotel guests/shut-ins, 'Foodnearu' is here! For lunch or dinner, go to www.fgoodnearu.com or use your Smartphone to find "Chianti's Ristorante", click into their lovely menu, click whichever food(s) you desire, click "DELIVERY" and Viola!!! "Chianti's" is at your door, delivered by your new friends at 'Foodnearu'!!!
Happy dining Pleasanton!http://foodnearu.com/
