Go Red Community Event

All are welcome to join John Muir Health and San Ramon Regional Medical Center for a FREE community event to increase the awareness of heart disease and inspire women to take charge of their health.

This event will include:

 A short wellness walk to honor those whose lives have been impacted by heart disease

 Blood pressure screenings

 Physician lead educational talks

 Fun exercises to get you moving

 Heart healthy food and snacks provided by WholeFoods Market

 Raffle prizes and much more!

First 100 registered participants will receive a free commemorative t-shirt
