Participating employers have both part-time and full-time jobs available. They range from home health care providers to machine fabricators; from engineers or FBI agents; swim instructors to bankers. "It’s important that job seekers prepare for a job fair ahead of time as if this were an initial interview,” continued Holtzclaw. "At the very least, they need to come prepared by dressing professionally, having resumes available and ready to answer questions about themselves. To stand out, they will have done research on the employers and visit companies that many not even have jobs for them right now.”
